1 STOP MEDICAL TRANSPORT. TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our medical transportation services. By booking a ride, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description 1 STOP TRANSPORT provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transport. We are not an emergency medical service provider and do not provide advanced life support.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations All rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Passenger Responsibilities Passengers are expected to be ready at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Drivers are authorized to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
5. Safety and Conduct Safety is our top priority. All passengers must wear seatbelts or be properly secured in their mobility devices during transport. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
6. Payment Terms Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the trip, depending on the agreed-upon billing method. We accept major credit cards and authorized insurance payments.
7. Limitation of Liability 1 STOP TRANSPORT is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
8. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Personal and medical information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our internal privacy policy.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Scottsdale, AZ.
10. Changes to Terms 1 STOP TRANSPORT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
